Product Functionality & Features
How long do Joker Greeting cards play music?
We guarantee the batteries last over 3 hours. But we have found most cards to play for 10+ hours. Even when the card first stops; you can open the card and get more music.
Can you turn off the music once it starts playing?
Yes, if you break the card. We do glue down the batteries for those worried.
What happens if someone tries to break the card?
We hid large glitter inside the card to create a mess.
Are the batteries replaceable?
The batteries are not replaceable. This is a tricky issue because replaceable batteries have other harmful issues with kids; so we glue and seal the batteries into the product. They cannot be replaced.
Will the card work if it gets wet?
We have many videos showing the card playing while submerged under water. I have tested it in buckets, sinks, and the ocean. It's not waterproof but definitely water resistant.
Usage & Setup
When should I remove the tab from my musical card?
We designed the tab to be removed after you place the card inside the envelope. We are the first to design them this way with the tab on the spine; and it works great.
Can I write in the card after removing the tab?
It is not recommended as you may trigger the music.
How do I know if my card is properly activated?
Once the tab from the spine is removed it is ready. There is nothing else to do. But BEFORE the tab is removed and when you signed the card it should have played music; if you didn't hear any music please contact us.
What size envelope fits Joker Greeting cards?
Our cards are standard 5 x 7 Inches. All cards come with a plain white envelope.

What occasions are musical prank cards appropriate for?
We make cards for almost every major occasion like Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentines, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween, Simcha, Hanukkah, Thank You, Sorry, Empathy, All Occasions, St Patricks, Day, Graduation and more coming all the time.
Are these cards suitable for children?
Most of them are suitable for children. We have 1 card that is Not safe for work and not safe for children, and it is appropriate titled.
Which card is best for birthdays vs. graduations?
The best birthday card is usually the Farting Birthday card; it's a classic. But I find the Baby Shark Birthday card does very well for kids.
We only have one Graduation card that plays pomp and circumstance so I'd recommend that.
Can I send these cards through the mail?
Yes. We do recommend shipping as a package price (it is more expensive but protects the card the most). But if you do choose to mail it with stamps 2 stamps is best. *US Post can get finicky and say it's too thick for stamps but it's on the edge so most go through without any problems but you can find some US Post ask for more stamps.
Are musical greeting cards appropriate for office gifts?
Yes, definitely.

Do musical cards ship activated?
All orders default to not being activated. Some cards do have the option to ship activated if you scroll further down on the product page. Or visit shipjoker.com where we have another site dedicated to shipping only activated cards. That website can offer a few extras that we can't offer on our main site.
How are cards packaged to prevent damage?
Yes. We used to package all cards in plastic packaging. But all cards now have a thicker card package to prevent damage.
Can I ship directly to the recipient?

Do you offer expedited shipping for last-minute gifts
Yes. UPS can ship Next Day or 2-Day delivery. The deadline is 2 PM ET for UPS pickup. If the order is after that time we cannot guarantee it ships the same day. Also, all UPS prices do not include weekends, Saturday or Sunday, it is only business days. So an order shipping Next Day from Friday would arrive on Monday.
What if my card arrives damaged?
We guarantee all items. Please email us and we will help. We can offer discounts or new card depending on the issue. But please send us images or videos in your response.

Is the glitter safe and non-toxic?
We use two types of glitter and it depends on the product. Most glitter is PET which is plastic but safer plastic. We do have some items that use bio-degradable cellulose which is great but not perfect.
What type of batteries do the cards use?
We do not use lithium in any products.
Are the cards loud enough to hear clearly?
Yes.
Are there any age restrictions for these cards?
No. We really do focus on family friendly cards that are for everyone.

We are the patent holder and inventory of the non-stop musical greeting card. We also are the first to add glitter inside the card if it is destroyed. And we make high-quality products and care a lot about the cards and the customers.
Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple cards?
Yes. This is automated I checkout.
Can I customize the message or music?
No, We do not offer custom cards. We design everything and make them in bulk and ship as is.
What's your return policy for musical cards?
Unopened cards can be sent back.
How Much is Shipping?
Shipping rates vary by weight and distance. But we make no money on shipping. All packages ship from USA from PA or AZ.
International Shipping?
- We ship to Europe, Canada, and Australia a few others
- Final costs is determined by software because it includes Duties and Tax. Collecting these upfront helps them arrive more quickly.
- I wish duties were $0, trust me.
- We make no money on shipping.
